Update on Rolla Bus (well, thse pics are from last week :P)

The rear and front bar are getting modded by Eagle Plastic Welding!

This pic shows the rear bar in background and the side of the front bar in the foreground.
Because of the use of the front gaurds on the rear, we needed to mould the wheel arch to the rear bar also...

Marked out...
Posted Image

Here it is now ROUGHLY welded... It now beeds to be shaped correctly and the 'line/groove' that runs around the top of the bar continued as well...

More pics to come tomorrow ;)

nice work moe,
why not get rid or the line in the bumper totally not like it lines up with anything on the sides, give it a smoother look

keen to see more pics though

FINALLY is all I can say haha!

We wheeled the Rolla Bus into the booth at 8am yesterday morning...

Along with the bonnet, boot, fenders, petrol cap and doors (bumpers, mirriors and front door handles will be done next week)

Then there was a few hours involved getting it all masked up!
