Yet another crazy race from this 2007 season, what an event! These drivers are just insane, the speeds that do in almost zero visibility is astounding. Alonso gets the biggest crash award for this round, spinning like mad after kissing the wall on turn 5. Hamilton delivers yet another perfect drive and Kovalainen gets his first podium after Vettel in 3rd took out sister team driver Webber who was in 2nd during the safety car period following Alonso's crash.

What a brutal final lap battle between Massa and Kubica, looks like the BMW drivers are starting to get tired to being pushed aside.

Yeah he sounded pretty pissed off, you can't blame him, he struggles enough on his own without needing outside influences of bad luck.

I cracked up when I heard that, had a chance of a decent finish then he gets rear-ended.

Fixed. Both Webber and Vettel were running faster than Hamilton before the crash, it was conceivable that they could have overtaken him and gotten a 1-2 finish for Red Bull

I think there's also a consensus that we can blame Hamilton for the incident  if it wasn't for his stupid "slam on the brakes when they don't expect it to make them get a drive through for overtaking on the safety car" is really bad sportsmanship. While I did chuckle at it the first time, it's getting a bit annoying. I'd really like to see someone rear end him one day and take him out of the race for it. If Alonso had known he'd be out anyway I'm sure he'd have done it :D

I remember a year or so ago an incident between Alonso (or was it Montoya) and Schumacher at Monaco. One of the two decided to do a brake-check in the middle of the tunnel, and the other ran up his arse. I believe old Shoe-meister wasn't too happy about it (which makes me think it was him that ran up the other, and that the other was Montoya)

Vettel must be in hell now because of that. I mean it can happen and it sucks, but that's how it is. I think the worst part is that in his position, inattentiveness shouldn't have been an option. But they both did remarkably well up until that point, almost making the story like Hungary 2006. It is a shame, I would have loved to see Red Bull/ Toro Rosso on the podium.
