Don't know if this is widely known but tvunetworks.com is a site online that has Speed channel, among heaps others, where you can watch F1 practice, quali and races live. Channel 10's lack of qualifying coverage and stupid airing times led me to finding this site.
Also has Moto GP races as well as AMA Motocross and other forms of motor racing

You guys do know that 10HD broadcasts the F1 live.....but SC10 doesn't, which is a real pain in the arse. Still, capital cities can get it live and in HD.

Where I am (mid north coast NSW) 10HD doesn't have it for some reason.
And yes TVU is free, no registering or signing up. All you need is broadband connection.

Thats because Southern Cross 10 can't be bothered fixing their HD broadcast yet. We can get Prime HD, NBN HD, SBS HD, but apparently it's too hard for SC10 to do it.

I don't normally watch the qualifying sessions anyway, if I want to know whats going on I just watch the live timing on the F1 website (streaming any video is useless on dialup).
Live race broadcast would be great though, maybe I just need a bigger aereal to pick up the Sydney stations...
