where did you get the rails?

I know a guy who had a tarmac-spec AE92 Corolla. Sadly it's no longer in use so the co-driver sold me the rails.

mats12 Come to the meet and you can see them in person.

(I want to check out your digital dash :D)

Hey Mark.

Headers and front pipe came from Japan. Muffler and cat was sourced locally/interstate. Do you want my muffler? I want to get something else, similar but slightly different

Cheers, more interested in where than the items themselves.
Do you have a link to a site? or did you actually go to Japan?

Hey Mark,

I have an agent based in Japan to source my gear. I don't buy anymore due to the shitty economy - everything costs an arm/leg. Was there anything your after in specific? If you got MSN, PM me your email

Hey Ren,

Thanks for the input. You've got very nice car yourself. I just didn't post cause the first thread you made got slightly out of hand.

I should mention i just bought this too

Once it goes in, i'll have my upgrade bits installed as well

great looking car! rims suit car very well.

was it hard fitting the ek9 shift boot? also love your gear knob! (did you source that one from japan as well?)

The EK9 shift boot was a relatively straight fit. The Corolla's shifter surround has two small tabs that needs to be trimmed off. Then you can glue the gear boot into place.

Yeh, TOM's gearknob was sourced from Japan.

cheers

And installed this yesterday

Had it installed a few weeks back and overall quite happy with it. Needs a belt adjusted and still running it in, not hammering it hard out just yet.

cheers

Thanks Ben,

Still selling the STi to fund the twinky project? If so, it's gonna be an absolute nutter of a car! Fierce competition already - just imagine when your car is done! :(

WTB: T28 turbo :P

Yeah the STi is still for sale.

A turbo would be nice but i'm thinking more of a N/A track car that will rev it's tits off :D haha
It's about time I do something radical to it, I've owned it for 8 years now :/
