Hi all,
As most of you would know when looking after a car, microfibre cloths are a very important tool. The problem is that they can be quite expensive for a quality one, and most of the time they are quite small.
Ill let you in on a hot tip....next time you are in Bunnings go to the cleaning section, it will have a bit of car care stuff there too. Now have a look for microfibre cloths that are green and blue - they come in green or blue and the packaging at the top is green and blue. They should be $3 each and are a massive 30cm x 30cm (i think) and are a pretty decent quality. The beauty of these is the price, you dont want to ruin your $20 Meguiars cloth cleaning up your wheels or engine bay or exhuast, etc.
The only problem i have found with these is that they arent always in stock, so stock up when they are. Quality wise they feel a bit better then the Kenco, etc brands but arent quite as soft as Meguiars.

thanks for the tip... i'll go suss them out today...
i'm a new microfibre towel convert... i was always scared of them because i thought they'd scratch the paint..
also, i had the idea of "how well can a wet towel dry a car?"...
i used them the other night and wow! never again will i use a chamois...

just 1 other point on the microfibre cloths when using them when i was detailing for the past 3 years always rip the tag off and most people wont pay attention when using one but try to not let the edges of the cloth touch the paint when removing polish as theyre the only 2 parts of the cloth that can scratch
