phanoongy your awsome, your across crash looked pretty bad when u posted about it ages ago - yet i believe you fixed it up - it was the across with the red nose if i remember right.

then you almost lose a finger from a later mishap with your bike.

now your thinking of fixin this one up.

you have lots of bad luck it seems - but at lest you get back up and give it another go !!

i do plan to fix it and right at the moment im looking at getting some custom fairings for it Posted Image
and yes my bike did remove a finger thats why i named her chomper

if it dont kill you it just makes you stronger...so i should be very strong!

just a question, how come some ppls brake rotors are on the left of the bike while others (like mine) are on the right???

The first batch of Acrosses manufactured in 1990 had the front rotor on the right, then switched to the left after that.
Early models also have smaller indicators mounted lower on the front (later Across's have black plugs blocking the holes used for the old indicators) and a thinner and wider rear taillight.
Rumour has it the brake rotor was moved to balance the bike better but I dunno about that.

one of the posts here lists the differences between the early and later models, i still don't know whats in the earlier models to make that extra 5hp though....

^^ maybe the relocation of the brake rotor lol

something like HKS stickers add 5hp on skylines.

You like it? Yeah, it makes at least an extra 5HP with that sticker!
It's had a "baffle-ectomy", so the can is really ornamental anyway!

You can see a similarly stickered Renthal sprocket in this pic of The Full Taps Crew. I do have a swanky gold chain, though.
