Black plasic bumpers

I've heard that you can use tire black to polish up those once black bumpers that have faded to grey. Apparently it works better than plastic reviver. Anyone else tried this? I'll try it now.

Let us know. Make sure it doesn't allow dirt to stick though. Someone I knew found out the hard way that Armour All isn't for exterior use... :lol: Their beautiful shiny red car turned brown REAL quick.

there is a product i use at my work forget what its called but its like bumper reviver its red in a blue bottle make plastic bar look new again

I applied the tire black to the bumpers and it seems to have worked really well. I haven't gone off road yet so I'm still unsure whether it attracts dirt and dust.
