Latest addition - A rare OEM JDM Clean Box (optional extra). Been looking for one of these for a long time (particularly one that's plum in colour) so it's good to finally have one:

I have just moved to a new city so today I decided to go for a bit of a roam and find some nice spots to take some more photos. These are a couple of locations that I stumbled across:

My latest addition - A rare OEM (optional extra) under-seat tray. It has a bracket which gets mounted underneath the passenger's seat (screw holes were already there) and allows you to store various items, such as tools, a first aid kit, map books, hand wipes, cleaning cloths etc. It could also come in useful if you're wanting to hide your GPS, radar detector, stereo face-plate etc when leaving the vehicle unoccupied. First one I've ever come across and I got it for a steal :). Was hard to take photos of it, but here it is:

I fitted some personalised plates today. Would love to know what people's interpretation of the word "whipped" means, so feel free to post your comments below :D

I attended a Toyota meet last night and a friend of mine snapped some shots of my car:

Also, finally got my door cards reupholstered with the Corolla GT fabric (fabric transferred from one set of door cards to the other). I've had the GT seats installed for about 18-months, but never got around to getting the door card fabric transferred across because every upholsterer I went to wanted to charge between $500-700  (couldn't just swap the GT door cards straight over because the plastic was grey, whereas the interior plastic in my SE Limited is plum).

A lot of places didn't even want to attempt the job, mainly because the door card was all one piece, so they'd have to tuck it in perfectly whilst also lining up the holes for the electric window switch etc. Ended up finding an Indian guy who has been in the business for 50-years that was willing to do it for $180. Dropped it off yesterday before lunch and it was ready at 11am this morning :D

Here's the result:

This arrived from Japan this morning - An OEM cabin filter. It was a very rare optional extra, and I didn't even know it existed until about 6-months ago. I managed to find the rare cabin filter door to hold it in, so have been waiting for this to arrive. I installed it about half an hour ago, so here's some pics of the filter, door and finished product:

We've had a lot of rain here lately (and it's meant to be summer, lol), but the sun finally arrived today so I decided to make the most of it and snap a few pics of the Corolla:

That is one nice looking sedan you got there mate. Always loved a nice, lowered, magged sedan corolla. I cant believe all the factory extras you keep finding for it. Especially the air freshner. Never even seen or heard of one of them before.

Thanks mate. I was amazed to learn how many optional extras there were available for this model Corolla when it was brand new. It started off by finding one of them, which turned into a habit, which has now turned into an addiction :D. I'm glad you like what I've done so far B)

I fitted these today - Rare OEM factory option tweeter pods. I've wanted some for quite a while but they're hard to find as they were only available as an optional extra:

I installed a rare OEM Toyota Caldina rear lip in the weekend. The fitment wasn't 100% perfect since the lip is off a completely different model, which happens to be a wagon, but was nothing that a heat gun, a lot of patience and some urethane couldn't fix :). Got my muffler slightly moved over today because it was touching against the left hand side of the lip. Here's some photos I just took within the last hour:
