I have noticed that I am missing the washer that goes between the circlip and the spring on the jet needle on all 4 needles.
I have the thicker spacer that sits on top of the circlip, just not the thinner washer)
To try and show the needle diagrammatically (couldn't figure out how to insert image):

... =|= <- (spacer)
... [|] <- (circlip)
... -|- <- (washer, missing)
.... =
.... = <- (spring)
.... =
.... |
.... | <- (jet needle)
.... |

Can anyone tell me what thickness this washer is so that I can replace it?

Sorry can't remember but the part number is, packet of 4, 13382-44030.
Maybe quote that to Suzuki shop and they can give you the size.... or just order it.
