I have been watching the progress on this on two different forums haha now I have another one to check on.
PUT SOME OF THOSE PARTS ON! What ended up happening with the carbon hood?

well...its finally getting pieced together...

its basically stripped...awaiting chassis inspection then its off to bodyworks for some rust repairs before being taken to the fabricator for another lovely bill and then back to bodyworks for a paint job...so lots of work before parts start being installed...

engine wise the motor is nearly complete...had to scallop the spark plug tubes due to the 288/10mm cams...will post pics of that when its completely assembled...

carbon run free bonnet...my favourite piece...arrived perfectly fine...stored away nice and safely waiting for everything else to be done before it goes near the car...should be the icing on the cake...absolutely stoked to have stumbled across it...always dreamt of owning an ae86 with full run free aero...thought id have to settle for just a kit and stock bonnet...i was going to own that bonnet whether i had to fly over and personally collect it...

finally started posting here due to realising the wealth of knowledge regarding 7ages and so many people undertaking 7a builds on here...been stalking bazda on a few other forums and reading post after post and thread after thread...
