hello every one my name is Ian and im from canada, iv been into toyotas for a while. my other car is a 6th gen celica gts.
i stumbled apon my newest project while looking for a winter car and snag this corolla for 150.00 been doing some body work and had to replace the front end
no biggie
but now im plagued with starting and running issues, the car never did idle right when i bought it but i thought it was from sitting but now its getting close to going back on the
road and its being tempermental. it idle surges and then will slowly loose idle and die out. i check comp and it was 170 ish across the deck
pulled off the intake a previous owner stuck on and found lots and lots of sludge and some but not alot of clear liquid that tasted like coolant but car does not smoke like
the head gasket is gone. i found one vacum leak and fixed it but now car wont start at all seems like it is flooding?

and ideas any help is much apreachiated

i have tracked the issue to the fuel pump ather the pump is toast or i blew a relay or fuse for it, problem is i cant find a relay or fuse clearly marked fuel pump, i wanna jump it to test the pump to see if it really is the pump before i have to drop my tank, any one know off hand were the fuse or relay can be found?

it keeps poping fuses i have a wiring issue somewere thing is car ran fine before, i think i over loaded it by boosting it maybe so now im stuck chasing wires anyone know were i can find a diagram online?
