Hi All,

Finaly got sick of walking and got my L's and a cheap (read 2K with 12 months rego cheap) across, Survived a Trial by fire riding the bastard all the way from Nowra to Sydney tailing a good mate of mine incase something popped or stopped breathing.

Made it home and transfered rego :)

Tomorrow i start pulling it down and looking at what needs fixing.
Already picked up the usual fluids and consumables and a new pair of sprockets and a 520XMO chain as the old chain is sad and tired, and stretched to hell.

Any advice on what to expect with this bike? i've done dirt bikes for about 10 years and have pulled a few down and rebuilt them. This little I4 seems to rev hard but has very poor response down below about 6 grand, winds up hard hard from there but gets a bit weezy above 12-13, Is this normal for this engine, or am i looking at something in the carbs/elsewhere, bike starts fine, idles a little lumpy but doesnt move more than about +/- 100

Thanks in advance

unfortunatly this part of the forums seem dead, we/they dont come back that often.
you might be lucky and one might wonder back.

but from the few that i have ridden that sounds normal, they need to be rev'ed.
