Will AE101 4AGZE axles work on a AE111 Blacktop 6 or 5 speed trans, also will the 4AGZE 225mm clutch kit and flywheel work on the Blacktop trans without hitting the housing?

Totally different axles. The AE111 is a C series box, where the 4AGZE is an E series box.

4agze clutch wont work on a C series box (blacktop) the spline is different on the clutch plate (15/16" diameter vs 1 1/8"), also the 4agze flywheel doesn't fit inside the C series box.
