alright, ive got it on other forums, so im just gonna copy and paste here. but this is my build... start to where she sits now. the car started life as an 87 corolla fx-16 with a bluetop 4a-ge. it is getting reborn as a black top 4a-ge 20v. im putting this hwere as a place holder, and check back soon, as i will start posting the pics:)

this is when i forst got her: bought for $300

3 door hatchback

needs right now are a clutch, coil ignitor, and a battery.

plans are to strip, and keep it fairly stock for the first couple events. this is to use it at first as a tool to teach her the basics of auto-x, and weed out any little bugs/ problems.

so without any further mumbo-jumbo, onto the pics... this is how it sits right now...

got her home, and started stripping the interior.

so far we got the lower dash, center console, back seat, few panels, part of the headliner, and the spare tire.

ill have to wait until i can post more images to post more on this car...

we have it fully stripped, running, drove it for 8 months, then the timing sprocket rounded on the crankshaft, which in turn rounded the crankshaft, making it so i could not get it to stay timed.

so right now i am in the middle of swapping a blacktop in... more pics to come soon!
